Return Policy
Please read carefully before placing an order.
NO RETURNS — ALL SALES ARE FINAL
No product can be returned, refunded or exchanged after an order is placed or delivered. Wallpapers are cut and 3D wallpapers / epoxy flooring are printed or mixed to order, so they cannot be resold. Please choose sizes and designs carefully and confirm all details on WhatsApp before ordering.
What is not returnable
- Wallpaper rolls once purchased and/or delivered (including unopened rolls).
- Custom 3D wallpapers printed to your measurements — no cancellations, refunds or exchanges after printing begins.
- Epoxy flooring material once mixed, tinted or delivered.
- Any product after delivery, for any reason (change of mind, size mismatch, design preference, etc.).
Damage in transit — the only exception
If your order arrives visibly damaged or with missing items, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order details and delivery photos / videos, and
- Clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or rework at no extra cost. Claims made after 48 hours cannot be accepted.
Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only — message us on WhatsApp. Once a custom product is printed/mixed or an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
